About Presenting Companies
Companies selected to present at Drug|Device Summit 2006 will be privately-held and public companies from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors that are working to develop combination products and therapies. Broadly defined, these companies may be developing products in the following fields:

Presenting companies will be selected by a committee composed of qualified venture capitalists serving on the conference's Advisory Board. The criteria by which each application will be evaluated includes: market opportunity, partnerships, business platform, competitive advantages, intellectual property, exit strategy and the quality and experience of senior management. Each of these criteria should be disclosed in the application, which represents the corporate profile of the company. It is important to be as thorough and complete as possible when filling out your application.
The structure of the Drug|Device Summit will promote numerous networking opportunities for participating companies. There will be plenary session breakfasts and luncheons, a networking reception and partnering meetings. All of these activities are included in the registration fee along with reserved space for presenting companies to meet with investors following presentations. This structure maximizes visibility and interaction.
